This program includes four 60-minute classes that take you step-by-step back into your yoga practice.
This series is designed to bring you back into a yoga routine thoughtfully rather than just diving back in and risking injury. The first three sessions will be flow style, each with a different focus and the last session will be restorative yoga.
These 60-minute classes were taught LIVE on Zoom originally in September, 2021. They are progressive and build on each other.
